Project details
Different types of lytic cell death mediated by the family of pore-forming gasdermins are collectively described as pyroptosis. We study this cell death pathway as the ultimate outcome of inflammasome activation, and are interested in studying mechanistic details of GSDMD pore formation using customized camelid single domain antibodies (VHHs).
